A. Exchange policy

1. Conditions for exchange

Exchange of purchased products is allowed only once within 7 days from the day they have been delivered to customers if they meet the following conditions:
  • - The items have not been used, or stained. (when trying on footwear, it is recommended to wear socks and try items on a clean floor to ensure they are not stained)
  • - The items were purchased without discount or with a discount that is less than 20%.
  • - The items are not glasses, accessories, waist belts, or gifts in promotion campaigns.

2. Exchange Rules

  • - The product is allowed to be exchanged only once within 7 days from the day of receiving it.
  • - The new product selected to exchange should be of the same or higher price than that of the one that was purchased. If the new product selected to exchange is of lower price, the extra money is not returned to the customer.
  • - When changing for a new item, coupons used in the product bought before (E-code via SMS/Email) are not counted in the price of the new product.
  • - In case the new product to exchange is being put under a promotion, customers are encouraged to exchange during the time of the promotion to be charged with the discounted price.
  • - Products discounted for 20% or more, products in same price promotion programs, accessories (glasses, bag straps, waist belts, …), gifts in promotion programs are not eligible for exchange on request of customers unless there are manufacturing defects.

B. Customer Policy

1. How to be eligible for the membership program of Vascara?

If you never register information with Vascara, after making purchases please contact shop assistants to be helped with registration.

2. How to become a VIP customer of Vascara?

For receipts of $100 or more, customers are given a VIP card of Vascara with many attractive benefits:

  • - 10% discount on each purchase of full-price products for all products at Vascara stores.
  • - Priority to receive news and information about promotions and new products of Vascara.
  • - Eligible for exclusive promotions for VIP customers.

Note:

  • - Please show your card before making payment to receive discounts and other benefits.
  • - The 10% discount is not applied to purchases with Gift Card/Voucher.
  • - Vascara could change the policy terms at any time.
